New Peer 2 Peer Class Beginning January 17, 2018
Learn about the various Mental Illnesses and and learn How to manage your illness . This class will give you tools to help prevent a relapse, as well as methods you can use when you are doing well and steps you can take when to prevent you from getting worse. You will learn how to recognise when you need extra help. Our mentors will give you new coping skills that will help you have fewer relapses and improve your quality of life.
This class will meet for ten weeks on Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 (sometimes we run past 8:30) beginning January 17, 2018.
